John Brady

BMHOF Class of 2003

John Brady is a widely renowned performer, writer and music educator in the Western New York area. His latest CD "Human Hands" has gotten rave reviews from listeners and musicians alike. Numerous other recordings include "Dillon and Brady", produced by Gary Mallaber, stand- out performances on DMH's "Hot Guitars", and songs placed on CDs by Billy McEwen, Yvonne Schmidt, and the Grammy- nominated CD "Cold Snap" by Albert Collins. John is a multiple Buffalo Music Awards winner and recently received the WNY Blues Society's "Muddy Award" for Class Act of the Year. As a music educator, he's communicated the joy of music to thousands of students through both private instructions, and an 8-year association with the Arts in Education Institute of WNY. Brady is at home in a variety of settings, and this versatility is well represented on his latest recording.
